Optimized Choice for Somatic Cancer

Overview

Celemics’ CancerScreen Panel is designed to detect all types
of variants including gene rearrangement in various somatic
cancer-related genes.

Celemics provides 4 different panels, each with a different number of contained genes
(Core, 50, 100, and 400). Customers can choose a target enrichment panel that
best suits their research or diagnostic needs.
Also, if the gene of interest does not exist in the panel, it can be added
separately through our gene add-on service.
